I love the feeling of being home! I truly enjoy being surrounded by the people I love and the things that make me happy. I am passionate about finding joy in my home---which for me has a double meaning. My home is where I find comfort and discover who I am by using my talents and abilities.
I'm an avid thrift store shopper and collector. I love to create, re-purpose, design, re-invent and build all sorts of things.
I am passionate about helping others find the joy in their homes that I do in mine. And I believe that it doesn't take a lot of cash to do it.

My "official" Thanksgiving decorations are still packed away. But this morning I am enjoying the early rays of sunlight shining upon the few autumnal scenes I have thrown together in my living room.I love this time of year!
It was gorgeous here in my neck of the woods as well. Just finished packing away Halloween, looking for some more autumnal inspiration. Thank you, Joy!
Absolutely no season of the year do I find more inspiring than autumn. I don't judge people who jump right from Halloween into Christmas. To judge others is just not the right thing to do, so if they forget Thanksgiving I see it as a personal choice...
I have to say I LOVE the vintage luggage in the background! Your autumn decor looks great...I am just one of the lazy people that jumps from Halloween to Christmas.

Me too! I feel so bad for people who jump right into Christmas after Halloween. They totally miss the beauty of the Thanksgiving season!
It is such a beautiful day here, too, Joy! A perfect Fall day!

I love autumn, too; and AUTUMNAL is one of my favorite words. You don't see it used very often. Happy November! Sally
