where did you get the crows? I love 'em!!
Love your decorating , its Halloween but classic. I never really decorate for Halloween because it always looked like clutter to me, But I love this. I love the crows. Is your witches hat just a costume hat or what is it made of I can't see it very well . But love that idea. And that could be frugal decorating to use a costume hat.
Again, I am jealous of your storgae space. Seriously, how and where do you store all of this FAB stuff? Ryder would LOVE the spiders!

Dang....everyone has crows but me I think. I can't seem to find them anywhere. Dollar tree says they only send them to the big stores and ours is not a big one. Oh rats!

I love it all but my most favorite is the table with the tall candle sticks you made with the leaves going up them. Everything on that table looks great!!! I don't know where you keep everything either.

Joy, I just love your stacked suitcases so much I can't stand it! Where did you get them? I find lots and lots of stuff at garage sales and thrift store, but only once have I found a neat smallish suitcase in all these years! Any suggestions for where to pick these up? Mona

How adorable. I don't really decorate for Halloween now that the kids are grown but I do for fall. (I'm now starting to rethink this a teeny tiny bit!!!)
That skinny pumpkin in the urn is just genius!
How fun! I have a question, Miss Joy, I have a table that is painted white...I want to paint it black...how should I go about this???do I spray paint...regular paint...I am scared to touch this piece of furniture.

Crows are so hard to find where I live. I found one at Michaels and it was..get this..16 dollars! I don't want them that bad.
I have to ask, how do you keep the kitty from running off with a crow? My cats go nuts for anything with a feather on it. I have a feathery SpongeBob Squarepants pen that I have to tuck securely in my purse because they know he's in there and try to steal him.

so sorry I missed your question , my email notification doesn't work well...
the pine is actually pine flooring , tounge and grooves , I believe it is for cottages ,it was very cheap and I found it at home depot. The pine does nic and dent , mostly dents , I did antique it a bit before I stained it , you can see the screw holes they look like nail holes , I like the rustic look of it so I don't mind the distressing. I use a brown crayon to fill in any deep nics that show the light pine . I am very happy with the floor .

OMG! Your decorations are absolutely FABULOUSO! I'm curious...do you think the styrofoam balls with the leaves glued on would survive outside? I was thinking of doing something similar to stick in my window boxes. I'd probably need to get large styrofoam balls and lots of leaves to make an impact...
