A Peek

Here's a sneak peek at some of the items I'm working on for
the
room with the gorgeous lamps.
And yes, I'm working on them in my driveway!
No it's not pretty,
but this time of year it's warmer out in the sun
so that's where I work.
(I know what you're thinking...
you're happy I'm not YOUR neighbor)

  1. Joy,
I'm curious if you know how cold is too cold to paint with spray paint?

Here in Nebraska I moved into the garage to paint back in September...but it took several days for the paint to dry.

Or do you use roll on paint in the winter? If so what do you use? (both primer and paint)

I found a gorgeous dresser and mirror at Goodwill that I'd like to sand and paint for a Christmas gift. Spray paint is too caustic inside my basement.

  2. I love both of those, but that mantle is certainly a find! What color are you going to paint it? Or, are you going with stain? I guess that I'll have to wait for the next blog post to find out!m :)

  8. I love that you are decorating a room around those two darling lamps! Can't wait to see it.

I just bought 2 chairs at GW yesterday. They just jumped in my cart. Well, actually 1 did and then when I heard it was 25% off, the other came along. ;)
