The other day as I looked around my home
I was reminded of a joke that my youngest son would tell when he was a preschooler. He would ask, "Mom, what's under there?"
to which I would reply, "Under where?"
and then he would begin to snicker as only a little boy can
who thinks he tricked his mother into saying a naughty word.Well it seems that I have
an "under where" obsession. Nearly every item in my home that has space under it I have managed to fill. Yes, I do seem to enjoy "what's under there."

Nice photos and a reminder of my son's little boy joke...when I said I loved something, he'd say, "Well why don't you marrwy it then?"
ReplyDeleteMe too! Hubby could not understand why my choice of console table had to have a big enough space underneath to display things.

Speaking as someone who just put an end table under a sofa table because there wasn't any other place to put it...Thank you!!! It's so nice to know I'm not alone! Phew
ReplyDeleteI look at it as utilizing space however, I am sure there is more to it because I also like things I can put something in for instance, jars. Don't get me started.
ReplyDeleteCute! What a fun post!! My kids enjoy that joke too!
ReplyDeletePriceless!
