The last few years my garden hasn't been planted until June which makes for a short growing season. But this year, because I left town at the end of May I made sure to get my garden in early. And now I am reaping the benefits!

What beautiful summer squash! I have a teeny plot in my community garden with beans, tomatoes and Swiss chard. Wish I could grow me some squash! But squash is pretty prolific and squash growers are pretty generous.

ReplyDeleteOh My heck! Our garden is no where near as far along as yours! One of our pumpkin plants is really struggling - the corn is about 15" tall - the zuchinni hasn't had a single blossom on it. Sigh......
