What do you do when you've had the
same white pumpkins up since September,
and you're getting somewhat tired of them, but you want to keep them up through November?!?!

YOU REARRANGE THEM!
Great tweaking! They look awesome in their new arrangement!

ReplyDeleteI love your white pumpkins. They look great where you rearranged them.
I also want to compliment the leaf plates on your header. Are they yours? If so, where did you purchase them? I have been looking for these for a long time.
Have a great day!
~Janene~
Love the white pumpkins with those glittery leaves - gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteLooks great. I love white pumpkins.
ReplyDeleteYour right, we all usually have our fall decor up longer than any other season and sometimes it gets boring. You did a great job in mixing it up!
ReplyDeleteLovely! It looks great!
ReplyDeleteRearranging at its best. :)
ReplyDeleteHello!
ReplyDeleteLovin' your white pumpkins and how you rearranged them!
I also wanted to comment on some of the furniture that you've been building and refinishing...fabulous job!!! I just love your new "old door, coffee table"...it looks absolutely gorgeous in that room! I also just adore that desk and shelves that you made out of another old door (the one that you're putting in your son's room)...I love that idea and will be keeping my eyes open for some pretty old doors!!! Thank you so much for sharing your creativity and talents!!!
Warmest wishes...Chari (Happytodesign)
Absolutely!!!!! I took down all signs of Halloween and put up some more scarecrows and moved things around a bit also.
ReplyDeleteThey look very nice in their new home especially against the red wall backdrop.
ReplyDeleteI also like the leaf plates in your header, great colours. I would also love to find a display rack like you have. Is that one of your projects or a thrift store find?
Have a great day! :)
Great idea! I'm itching to take out Christmas decorations - but maybe just moving my fall stuff around will satisfy for now!!
ReplyDeleteAlso - Janene, I know Kohl's had the same leaf plates... I'm in Ohio and not sure if you have a Kohls?!?!
love your mantle! love the color on your walls too..you have a great eye for decorating....
ReplyDeleteMy friends,
ReplyDeleteI LOVE YOU GUYS!
You are so helpful!
I answered Janene on her blog that she can find leaf plates at Walmart.(I actually found mine at a local store.)
Runner mom had the same answer for her. And Kate says she's seen them at Kohls.
Isn't it great how bloggers look out for one another? It makes me feel better about the world.
YOU ARE ALL SO KIND AND THOUGHTFUL!
I love the pumpkins on your mantle. They really pop! Looks great!
ReplyDeleteLove the pumpkin rearranging. Great idea!!
ReplyDeleteOK - seriously - were we separated at birth? I thought I was the only on that rearranged so often! And I love everything you do!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a plan to me.

I couldn't agreee with you more. I always rearange-it give old things new life!!!
ReplyDeleteIt's a good way to save money. With a few trips to good will of course!!!
Sounds good to me! I went ahead and took all of my fall down. I have seen them long enough. I hope to start on Christmas in a few weeks. Just staying busy getting these shows out of the way! Whewww. Im pooped
ReplyDeleteThink I will do some pumpkin rearranging this week too! Jackie
ReplyDeleteWell of course you do. I love the contrast against that wall. Mimi
ReplyDeletetweaking fun!
ReplyDeleteyou are a girl after my own heart, I have been rearranging today too

Sarah
I have to admit, the minute the kids went to bed I put all of the Halloween decorations away! :) Yours look great though! :)
ReplyDeleteAmen! I love to tweak!
ReplyDeleteI love it, as always you are amazing!
ReplyDeleteI hear ya! I am getting a little bored with the pumpkins...need to rearrange. Joy, I love those metal grates on your mantle. What exactly are they? And where did you find them?
ReplyDeleteI had to tell you that you've changed the way I look at every day objects. We just had our kitchen cabinets resurfaced which means we got brand new cabinet doors and drawers. Instead of having the installers haul them off we kept them (and got some more doors from a previous job off of his truck) and I plan on making chalk and magnet boards for my kids, serving trays, picture frames and other fun things. I would have never thought to keep them if I hadn't been reading your blog- thank you for the inspiration!
