Outside of the Cone

If you saw this three foot tall vine covered cone selling for three dollars at the thrift store, would you buy it?Would you take it home and wind tiny lights around it and use it as a rustic Christmas tree?
Or would you turn it upside-down, plop in a bunch of fake fall mums you had lying around, and hang it on your front door?

Isn't it fun to think outside of the cone?

I LOVE what you did with the cone! I tried making one a few years ago but I gave up. I may have to clean off the back fence and try again.

Heck Yeah I would have snatched it up!
Would I have thought to turn it upside down? No. But that is why I come to visit, to get awesome, "outside the cone" ideas from you! =o)

I bet I would have bought it and wrapped some berries and ribbon around it (yup, I'm boring) but I never would have turned it upside down and used it as a floral display - that rocks!
