This little wall measures just over two feet wide. It's at the end of a hall and surrounded by doors; a bathroom door, a bedroom door and a linen closet. This is an area that could easily be neglected. But why neglect a spot that my family walks by several times a day?
Sometimes we put a lot of effort decorating the areas of our home that visitors see and we forget about those small spots that are usually for our family's eyes only. Is there a little corner in your home, seen only by your family, that needs a little decorative touch?

Your corner looks wonderful! Thanks for the photo and more ideas!
This looks great. I love decorating little corners that are neglected.
PS Do we totally have the same fireplace or what!?!
What a cute little arrangement in a small space. That really does make it special...love it!!
That's really pretty :)

Great little spot. I want to come up with something for my hallway, and this has given me some ideas.
I too have a space that size that needs filling. I always hang one thing there and it is so boring. I am going to do a grouping there. Thanks.
I love what you did with that spot. That little collage is perfect.
Blessings~~
LOVE IT!!
Small space but a big impact....love it! Susie h~
Hi Joy!
I did take the hardware off, I forget how many screws there were right off the top of my head, but I am pretty sure it was more than one..but..since our house is 30 years old and this is the original kitchen...the wood is discolored under the hardware, too :(
I was thinking if I did replace them, maybe those new trendy half moon ones might work, as long as they were big enough to cover up everything...but if we are painting the cupboards, then I guess it really doesn't matter anyways,,, with wood filler and paint...we'll see, I guess...not looking forward to the work, but can't wait to see the finished product :)
