I love the feeling of being home! I truly enjoy being surrounded by the people I love and the things that make me happy. I am passionate about finding joy in my home---which for me has a double meaning. My home is where I find comfort and discover who I am by using my talents and abilities.
I'm an avid thrift store shopper and collector. I love to create, re-purpose, design, re-invent and build all sorts of things.
I am passionate about helping others find the joy in their homes that I do in mine. And I believe that it doesn't take a lot of cash to do it.

How about a little Christmas craft today? All you need is a dozen clothespins, an embroidery hoop, wide ribbon, scrapbook paper, mod podge and a hot glue gun.Simply cut the scrapbook paper into strips wide enough to cover the top of the clothespin. Apply the paper to the pin using mod podge. If you'd like, you can sand and distress the edges of the paper.Hot glue the clothes pins onto the hoop varying the direction. Tie on the ribbon to hang the hoop. Now you have a pretty little display for those Christmas cards that will soon be arriving in your mailbox.
What a fantastic idea! I always hang my christmas cards on the door, but now it's mostly window and I think it looks wierd, but THIS, I can do!!! Thanks!!!

Cute! I love it! Great paper for the clothes pins ~ I'd even do them on their own as a little gift.

Great idea! I have several embroidery hoops I bought at yard sales this summer and they're waiting for me to "dress" them up. :)

Cute idea Joy! I'm going to try to mod podge some paper onto miniature clothespins for another project - wish me luck!
Simple, yet wonderful idea that is adorable! Cute card wreath and a great way to display them.
Such a great idea! I never know what to do with all those cards. Can't wait to try this!
I'm totally doing this. I have the wire one your suppose to stick the cards into. They fall out of that all the time.
Thank you for the inspiration.
