You can imagine my delight
when I happened upon this little beauty in the thrift store.
It looks like it may have been a school shop project. 
With a fresh coat of paint it is the perfect addition
to the bare wall in our guest room.

I like it better with your coat of paint, Joy! I know I have some gold sunburst mirrors stored somewhere in my house. Back from the 90's when they were somewhat popular then, too. I'll bet a fresh coat of paint would bring them right up-to-date!

Ahh it looks great! I have a mini sunburst frame that looks like this. It's gold. I will have to dig that out. :)
That looks great. You just never know what amazing thing you are going to find at a thrift store. Also just read your post about "what's under there" & it reminded of similar things that my son said when he was younger. I do the same thing--add interest to every single space is my mantra.

I love these mirrors. They remind me of the mirrors you can find in mexico, which is my heritage.
