I've always thought it would be fun to stage model homes...a brand new blank canvas & spending someone else's money, ha! Love that Dining Room. My mom has always loved to visit model homes (and we've gone a lot with her). We live in a smallish suburb so the realtors are getting to know her by name. She calls herself "Lookie-loo Linda" :)
That model home is staged much nicer than a lot I see. Seems the trend is still the late 90s red/gold/mustard with fake plants on cabinets. ;)

Ooo la la - that dining room is beautiful! I agree - I get some of my best ideas from looking at model homes and then giving the idea a personal twist to fit our lifestyle/budget! Looks like you had fun :)
